Objectives and Description:
The aim of the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) titled "The European Union’s Inclusion and Diversity Policy: Balancing Regulation, Innovation, Sustainable Development, and Economic Growth" is as follows:
To exchange experiences and enhance participants’ knowledge regarding the European Union's policy priorities in the areas of: implementation of diversity and inclusion policies at the level of EU labor markets and organisations, issues related to sustainable development and the green economy, as well as the challenges and changes occurring in the contemporary world related to artificial intelligence.
· To develop and enhance participants' competencies, including those essential for teamwork.
· To facilitate work in diverse international participant groups.
· To broaden participants' knowledge about the partner countries of the project and cultural differences.
· To foster integration among the academic environments of the participating institutions.
· To improve participants' language skills.
